You don't need to be told that the best sparkling wines are necessarily long-aged - you obviously love them. Such wines are produced in much less quantity but bring much more enjoyment. It's a rare wine for connoisseurs, so don't even try to waste it on Prosecco lovers. With long-aged sparkling, you can show healthy selfishness and share a bottle only with the most advanced wine drinkers. Or simply with yourself!
